Soil for Cactus

Completely ready nutritious peat soil for growing forest and desert (stem and leaf) cacti, other types of succulents and plants of this group in pot culture and greenhouses.

Application

When sowing, pour drainage at the bottom of the container (pots, flowerpots, etc.), pour soil over it, compact it, moisten, sow the seeds, and pour a thin layer of sand on top. Cover the pot with glass and place in a warm place in diffused light.

When planting cacti (rooting cuttings, offspring, transplanting/rehandling), the main thing is to provide good drainage. Pour a layer of drainage at the bottom of the pot, then a little soil, and transfer the plant with a ground clod. Place the clod in a new pot so that the plant is in the center, slightly compact the soil. When setting the top layer, make sure that the root neck is not covered with soil. Do not water the cacti several days before and after transplanting, protect from direct sunlight.
